Mail Scanning Service is an add-on service on top of Registered Address Service.
You will have to opt-in for our registered address service before you can use our mail scanning service.

JJ & E provides mail scanning service if you are unable to collect your mail personally or on a regularly basis. We will scan your incoming mail so you can read or download it from anywhere in the world.
Take up our Mail Scanning Service for your mails to be scanned and email to you if you are unable to collect your mails on a regularly basis. With a nominal fee (S$180 for 12 months service), you will be able to receive all your mail timely even while you are busy with your business expedition!
All mails will be scanned twice a week, which is Wednesday and Friday (excludes public holidays).
Important Notes:
- A refundable S$30 security deposit is required for all virtual office services.
- Mail handling options can choose from Self-Collection (with daily mail alert via email) or Mail Forwarding
- Daily mail alert via email is only applicable for clients who opt for self-collection.
- A S$50 of postage deposit is required for mail forwarding service. This deposit will be used to offset your postage fee. (5% PayPal fee is applicable on the postage deposit.)
- Additional mail scanning fee may incurred if letters exceed 20 per month.
