Documents required for bookkeeping are as follows:
- Sales Cycle:
- Sales invoices
- Receiving vouchers/ Bank credit advice/ Records of payment received
- Purchases/ Expenses Cycle:
- Purchase invoices
- Expenses receipts
- Payment vouchers/ Bank debit advice/ Records of payment made
- Staff salaries (Salary/Pay slips and CPF statements)
- Bank statements
- Loan statements (if any)
- Hire-purchase agreement (if any)
- A copy of previous year financial statements & trial balances (if applicable)
